Product management audit

Definition: A product management audit is a complete, objective review of a company’s product strategy and processes that govern their product management. Each aspect of the product strategy and process is rated by a numerical value to identify areas of weakness that would benefit from improvement, as well as any areas that are completely lacking. By employing a numerical rating instead of a binary one, progress and improvement over time can be tracked and measured and guaged of it's importance to the long-term roadmap.
