What is Kloudless-branded authentication?
The free version of Kloudless uses our platform OAuth key. This means that when your users connect their accounts to your application, they will see that Kloudless is asking for access to their information.
What is white-labeled authentication?
In our premium plans, you can import your own custom OAuth keys. When your users connect their accounts, they will see your application asking for access. Kloudless becomes completely invisible to your users.
What’s an active user account?
An active user account is a user account that is associated with at least one API call during the month.
Are there free trials?
Yes! All our premium plans come with 15-day free trials.
How does billing work?
Premium plan base fees are annualized and invoiced upfront. Usage fees and overages are invoiced quarterly.
Do you bill me automatically if I go over the limits of my plan?
No! We will notify you if you are getting close to the limits of your free/premium plan and work with you to ensure service continuity.
What kind of support do you provide?
Support is provided in-house by our full-time software engineers. Basic Support includes responses during U.S. Pacific Time business hours by email to tickets in queue order. Premium Support includes extended response hours, 1-business day response time, phone support, and more. Contact us if you have support requirements.
What if I decide to cancel?
If you no longer want to use Kloudless, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will last until the end of the month, and we will help you migrate any data you’d like to keep (like your user tokens).
